Project Controls
A project is only as good as it's governance model!
Managing a project and controlling a project go hand in hand. The purpose of project controls is to ensure that a project remains on track for delivering the agreed outcomes and to monitor the progress of every stage. This can be extremely difficult, especially for larger projects, but we have you covered.
Our Mission
To keep your projects on track
It sounds simple, but our aim is to build robust Project Time, Cost and Risk Management. We do this through the use of Enterprise Resource Planning Software. We use different software and different methods depending on your industry. The end product is that you will have valuable information to facilitate decision making, and enable you to measure success against your objectives.
Our Methods
We operate using different tools tailored to your project type and industry. For example, we operate using waterfall and agile methodologies with our financial services clients, and P6 for our construction/engineering/energy clients. We have a number of tools which integrate into most planning and monitoring tools which we use to provide management information and help you to stay ahead of the curve.
