Oakwell was established to revolutionise the world of transformation, we may be small, but we have huge ambitions. We set up Oakwell with a view to doing things differently, having seen how ineffective many of the standard practices have been over our many years of working in change and transformation. We want to bring transformation into the 21st century through the use of current and emerging technologies.

Our founders have worked with some of the biggest clients in financial services, energy, aerospace and construction. They have in excess of 40 years industry experience and have also collaborated with some of the biggest consultancy firms in the world.

Working with these consultancy firms gave them great exposure to how the consulting industry worked and there are many flaws with the way they operate. Having established that consultancy needed to be changed, Oakwell Global was born. It isn't easy taking on the big firms, but that's what we want to do, and we want to show them how it should be done.
